House Tour Information

Come and admire the style and craftsmanship of six beautiful homes decorated with holiday cheer and unique ambiance.  Home tour begins at any location and any time between 10:00am and 3:00pm.

​Parking is available at the Ulysses "Coach" Howell Activity Center at 400 Price Street.  We are providing shuttles from the parking lot to the house tour.  At the shuttle drop off location you will pick up your armbands and guidebooks to begin your day. We will also have available golf carts to shuttle those who need assistance from house to house.

Questions and Answers

Where should I park?

We encourage all house tour guests to park at the Ulysses "Coach" Howell Activity Center at 400 Price Street.   There will be shuttles to take attendees to the houses on the tour.  At the shuttle drop off location, you will find the ticket tent.  All attendees are required to stop here to get there armbands and guidebooks.

How does the house tour work?  Where do we start?

​Your day will begin at the ticket tent.  In the tent there will be a line for pre-;urchased tickets and a line to purchase tickets. At this point you will receive your arm band and your printed guidebook.  This is a self-guided tour. You may begin at any of the six houses.  From the tent there will be golf carts to transport you if needed.  Many of the properties are close together and easily walkable if you are fully mobile.

When will I receive my pre-purchased online ticket?

This is a ticketless event.  When you purchase your ticket online you will receive an emailed receipt.  You can show that receipt at the ticket tent at the will-call line.  We will also have your name on a list.  So all you need to do is come to the ticket tent, get in the will-call line and pick up your armband and guidebook.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

Yes, Tickets will be available at the event for $35.00. Raffle tickets will be available also. They are $25 a piece or 5 for $100. At the event we accept cash, checks, Venmo, and VISA.

How can I purchase raffle tickets?

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event in the ticket tent.  The tickets are $25 a piece or 5 for $100. The raffle items will be displayed in the ticket tent. You can read about the raffle items on this website in the raffle section.

What should I wear?

There will be quite a bit of walking, so wear comfortable shoes.

What if it rains?

The house tour will carry on rain or shine.  Bring an umbrella!
